Snapshot helps Forward Church leaders understand church life and follow up thoughtfully. Use it with the same care you would give the people represented in it.

Authorized ministry use

Use the workspace only with an individually authorized account and for your approved responsibilities at Forward Church. Do not share sign-in codes, sessions or access with someone else. Public information pages do not grant access to the dashboard.

Handle people’s information carefully

Keep church records, household details and internal reports confidential. Do not publish or distribute them outside your authorized ministry purpose. Sign out on shared devices and tell the administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

A snapshot, not the source of truth

Reports depend on connected providers, their coverage and the last successful sync. Counts may represent profiles, submissions, views or downloads rather than unique people or recent attendance. Missing data is not necessarily zero. Confirm important decisions in the source system, and review suggested address changes before updating a record.

Connected services

Google, Cloudflare, Planning Center and media providers operate their own services under their applicable terms and privacy notices. Opening a provider link may require a separate account. Access to Snapshot does not change your permissions in those systems.

Availability and help

The workspace may be temporarily unavailable during setup, maintenance or provider interruptions. Access can be limited or removed when no longer authorized. For questions or access help, contact hello@justinallen.net. Read our privacy notice for information handling details.
